We start from where you are at present and work forward.
I work with psychosynthesis as my solid base and use techniques from CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)/ ACT (Acceptance and Committment Therapy) as well as mindfulness, nonviolent communication, and body awareness.
In coaching we work together to give you access to the energy within you and to bring you towards your goal.
Coaching takes place within set time frames. Usually between 6 -10 sessions.
